It was good to see you all at Back to School Night!
Just a few quick details...
TESTING THIS WEEK - Please make sure that your student arrives a little early to their testing appointment. This assessment is very important because it helps me understand your child's education strengths and weaknesses.
CARPOOL - Make sure to read over the Carpool Pamphlet for any questions you may have; it goes into greater detail than what I shared last night.
HOMEWORK FOLDERS - The folder with your child's name on it is your child's homework folder. Make sure that this is brought to school every day and I will send it home with notes or other information as it comes. In the back cover of your folder you will see a pink list of sight words. Please leave this list in the back of your folder at all times. Have your child begin practicing these words. They will be passed off in class and earning a prize once the year's words are mastered.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES - School Supplies for our class can be found on this blog. If you are able, you can bring your supplies to school when your child tests! That will give me some time to organize and put away.
