About Me!
Welcome to my blog! Thank you for taking time to read the different links; they will answer many of your questions. Hooray for a brand new year. This will be my 8th year teaching Kindergarten. I am excited to get to know you all and to see some familiar faces as well!
A little about me... I am originally from a small town in Ramah, New Mexico. I am the oldest child in my family with 4 younger brothers. I met a wonderful man three years ago and we we celebrated our second anniversary this past summer! We live in Roy, UT. In my free time I like to eat spicy food, garden, cook Thai and Indian food, organize, play the piano, clean, and find new fun ideas for my classroom!
I have been so grateful for parents' appreciation and gifts throughout the years; you all have sent many wonderful gifts to class. Unfortunately I have some dietary issues and cannot eat many of the tasty things that have been sent (no gluten or dairy). Some suggestions of things you can send as tokens of appreciation include fruit, nuts/trail mix, chips and salsa, gift cards (Barnes and Noble, Lakeshore Learning, Walmart, etc) or items needed on the wishlist page of this blog.
